b. infrastructure development for ranch, golf course, landscape and maintenance
Apr. 1991-Dec. 1994...Real Estate Manager / Hunt Petroleum Corporation
a. direct management of over $600 MM in real estate holdings
b. worked with city councils, engineers and the Texas Highway Department for Right of Way
c. supervision of construction management for a $12 MM factory outlet mall
d. involved with land planning, zoning, architectural design, engineering, tilt-wall construction, tenant finish-out, and site-landscaping
e. directed the production and distribution of marketing materials
Jan. 1995- Present...D2 Development Family of Companies
a. founded D2 Investments, Inc. and MasterPlan Development Company to develop residential properties.
b. established D2 Interests, Inc. and D2 Development, LP.,
entitled, purchased, developed, or sold projects in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, McKinney, Anna, Forney, Rowlett, Rockwall, Terrell, Celina, Red Oak, and Kaufman and Hunt Counties.
c. Engineering Concepts and Designs, LP became a full service engineering and surveying company, primarily to support the acquisition and development efforts of D2. |
